Delivery Times & Costs

We currently offer standard shipping across the region to ensure your items arrive safely.

• Shipping Method: Standard Tracked Delivery

• Shipping Partner: Evri

• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

• Delivery Time: Once dispatched, delivery via Evri standard tracking generally takes 2–4 business days.

• Shipping Rates: This will automatically calculate at checkout.

Order Tracking

We believe in keeping you informed every step of the way.

As soon as your order is packed and hands over to Evri, we will send you a Shipping Confirmation email containing your unique Evri tracking number. You can use this number directly on the Evri website to monitor your package's journey right to your doorstep.

Important Delivery Information

• Delivery Attempts: Evri will attempt delivery to your specified address. If you are not in, they may leave your package in a designated safe place or with a neighbor, leaving a card to let you know.

• Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

• Delays: While we and Evri always aim to meet these delivery timelines, occasional delays can happen during peak seasonal periods or severe weather conditions. We appreciate your patience during these times.
